Shortly after Emtee left Ambitiouz Entertainment he went on to launch his own record label called Emtee Records.
A month-ago the rapper took to social media with the #FreeEmtee, as he was unhappy with his former label. After getting his legal team involved, Emtee was finally free of the label.
After the announcement Emtee trended on Twitter and fans were proud that he was trending for the right reasons.
“Whenever I see Emtee trending I get nervous thinking what happened lately been trending for good reasons good luck with both your labels bro. Can’t wait for your music to see what you can do creatively when not boxed in by that label,” a fan stated.
